India is among the fastest-growing economies globally. As its workforce expands, it's crucial to ensure that every segment is fully prepared to lead and drive growth — including the many talented women leaders taking the helm in this burgeoning market.

From glass ceilings and office politics to work-life balance, women executive leaders face numerous challenges. As they ascend the corporate ladder and take on greater management responsibilities, women executives and their allies need a full understanding of how to navigate the dynamics involved.

Presented in collaboration with Corner Office Advisors, Wharton’s Women’s Executive Leadership — India applies the latest Wharton faculty research in work motivation and engagement, career development, internal coaching, and executive presence so that women leaders and their allies can gain the necessary insights and knowledge to succeed — but also to find clarity — as they ascend to the upper echelons of their organizations.

Ladies Who Lead

It was a great experience to be a part of the inaugural cohort with Dean Nancy Rothbard. It validated specific challenges faced by women in leadership. It also focused on personality development and negotiation, which are relevant across genders and were great takeaways from the session. Everything was super well organized, and the course material should keep you going for a while even after the two-day module.

Connecting with an incredible cohort of women leaders across industries, hierarchies, and age groups was deeply inspiring. Hearing about their struggles, challenges, and milestones was both eye-opening and encouraging, and I loved the mix of entrepreneurs and corporate professionals, which made the learning richer. The beautifully curated learning space enabled a great learning environment. And the faculty? Both were absolutely exceptional—their insights left me reflecting deeply on my own leadership style, decision making, and the ways I influence and negotiate.
